Job responsabilities/Accountabilities:
1/ Support the Operations Department to achieve ALHAC's efficiency objectives :
- Key performance indicators:
. organize the follow up of the Key Performance Indicators of the Operations Department
. support the Plant Managers in their periodic analyses
- Analytical Development and Support :
. understand the Healthcare Operations technical elements
. support the Operation Director and Plant Managers in preparation of presentations, project analysis and executive
summaries
. analysis of Operations data to identify and higlight issues/opportunities
- Work with other departments (sales, finance)
- Knowledge Development:
. demonstrate an understanding of the business drivers for Healthcare market
. understand the business development group strategy and tactics to achieve short and long term objectives
2/ Assure personal accident and incident free conduct
Bachelor of Science in Engineering oriented controlling/business, or in Management with a high interest for industry
double diploma in Engineering / MBA would be a plus
Technical:
- excellent computer skills, esp. XLS, including a high degree of ability to effectively utilize a variety of internal and external software resources to gather and analyze a wide range of data
- ability to understand customer processes and application of Air Liquide's products, services and operations
- ability to function in a team environment with minimal internal structure, extensive flexibility, and limited supervision
- strong verbal and written communication skills
Analytical skills:
- capability of developing a deeper theorical/practical business and financial knowledge generally associated with an MBA or comparable experience
- strong analytical skills and ability to perform project economics
