A POURVOIR ASAP
Business
? Have a good understanding of the Corporate Investment Banking and Markets (CIBM) business area
? In depth working knowledge of systems supported and their dependencies
? Good knowledge of related systems
? Administrative Tasks
? Investigate and provide solution of live system issues
? Ownership of problems until resolution
? Ability to resolve complex system related enquiries / queries
? Adherence to Change Control and Fault Reporting Procedures
? Perform analytical and development functions on new projects as directed by the Project Manager. Provide user assistance during UATs and liaise with other IT teams on new implementations
? Attend the PSC and Support meetings as appropriate.
Other
? Be familiar with the work being undertaken in the other areas of the department.
? Represent the CIBM IT department where required.
? Provide comprehensive weekly reports for Team
? Promote a professional and positive image of CIBM IT.

Location: NHQ, Canary Wharf London
Purpose: To provide the implementation, second line support and evaluation of front office trading, order management, pricing and straight through processing systems within Treasury and Capital Markets
