A leading company that offers publishing services and handles exclusive media sales representation is looking to hire in Dubai an: Arabic Speaking Chief Financial Officer (CFO) UAE0021CFO Work Description: • Prepares the overall company's budget after gathering the needed information • Analyses and forecasts the overall financial situation in order to improve all the ongoing procedures – helps anticipate cost evolution and trends by category / location. • Provides the Line Management with accurate and timely information related to all the ongoing financial operations. • Deals regularly with consultancy firms, auditors and banks in order to trace each financial activity of the company. • Monitors all the accounting operations in line with the regional regulatory environment. • Produces financial statements on a regular basis in order to evaluate the overall financial situation and ensures that the bookkeeping is done properly and according to accounting standards. • Provides support and follow up to his team for the work to be done properly.



Qualifications: • Has an average of 10 years of experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a financial controller position.7 to 8 years of strong financial background is highly recommended. • Typically holds a bachelor or ideally higher degree (masters, specialized school) in Finance. Strong accounting background is required. • The candidate's key technical skills include full knowledge in Corporate Finance and M&A related work. • Language skills: Fluency in English and Arabic. Any other European language is a plus. • Key skills for this position are: Excellent communication, strong interpersonal skills and excellent analytical skills. • Wide knowledge of all the financial and accounting techniques and forecasting methodologies (profession ratios, statistical analysis, international reporting schemes and formal group financial written displays. • Two business references are required. At least one is less than 5 years old. Can only be direct colleague, line manager, client or partner with whom an interaction of at least 6 months has been achieved
